I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the great service rendered to us by you and the rest of the Proline team.

I do wish to pay a special tribute to Taylor and David who went the extra distance to ensure that the job was completed totally to our satisfaction. They were great to work with and we are truly grateful for their co-operative attitude and professional work.

Also Kari, it's great to work with a company where the invoice exactly matches the amount quoted for the job. There's nothing worse than getting an invoice for more than the amount quoted, unless of course there is a compelling reason for that to happen. 

In closing, it was great to meet you and to do business with Proline, we certainly would not hesitate to use your services again and/or to recommend them to others.  Please extend my thanks to Taylor and David for a job well done...... and now....to pay our bill :-)
