    Experienced Installers

    We are hiring experienced metal installers, flat roofers and sloped roofers with a minimum of two to three years of experience and ideally ticketed.  The hourly pay rate would be commensurate with experience and established at the time of starting.
    Gutter Installer
    We are hiring an experienced gutter/downspout/fascia/soffit installer (preference given for minimum of one to two years experience).  Pay is on a commission basis per footage installed, and candidate would need to provide own truck (with towing capacity for the trailer housing the gutter machine), tools and equipment.
    Construction Laborer
    We are seeking to hire construction laborers to support roofing crews and our gutter division with tear-off, grounds clean-up, moving materials/tools etc. No experience is required but individuals need to be comfortable working at heights and able to get to/from job site(s) independently each day.  Starting wage rate to be determined at time of start and commensurate with experience.
    **All above positions are considered permanent full-time, and require strict adherence to both company and WCB mandated safety rules & regulations. The candidate needs to be able to get to/from job sites in the greater Victoria area.
