I would just like to let you know about 3 members of your staff . They are Kevin,Jennifer , and Jason. I recently had some work done on my roof. Prior to this last time you had worked on 2 roofs for me previously. This time as with the other times the work was also done on time and of excellent workmanship. And ahead of schedule. I find everyone l've dealt with at your company is very helpful, polite and friendly. With all this said it appears that you only have 2 options. Either give those hard working employees who represent your company in the best way possible a nice wage increase, a bonus or a trip to Disneyland. Each roof in this complex of five town homes presented a unique challenge. They arrived promptly and work tirelessly each day. We were impressed by their camaraderie, friendship and good humour as well as their politeness they showed each other as they worked together.
This roof assignment required patience and skill to deal with mistakes made by previous roofers. It is composed of intricate designs especially when replacing the metal flashings. The installers kept in contact with me as to their schedule and asked my advice on a couple issues that developed. The work was completed without a hitch and I felt in the loop as to what was happening with the job. A good experience and I would recommend this company to others.
The job is complete and I wanted to compliment your crew (Taylor and Dave) for their professional work and communication… I have worked with many trades people and for once, I felt I was in loop as to what was happening.
