It is a testament to the word of Proline Roofing and its owner, Mauricio Reyes that the company stands behind their workmanship, and will do what is necessary to make things right for their customers.  Although we did not file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island, we are coping them on this email to make them aware that Proline Roofing should be commended for their exemplary customer service and following through in accordance with the terms of their warranty.
