Hello Mr. Reyes

A short note to express our appreciation for the work your staff accomplished at our home in North Saanich from June 10 to 19. It was a big job involving the complete replacement of shingles over a large roof area of many angles, and included several added improvements we had not anticipated, as well as a Prolife-fabricated "bat poop tray" for our bat roost on the exterior chimney box (bet you haven't had that one before!). We are delighted with the advice we received, the installation of everything, and are confident the roof will stand up well to the rigors of west coast weather for many years to come. 

We'd like to express our gratitude for the hard work by the four fine fellows who worked hard in hot weather: Tim, Glen, Roman and Jerico. Throughout the entire process, they were friendly, respectful, polite,  answered all my many questions and kept us informed at every stage. They're work ethic was amazing. They are fine ambassadors for Proline Roofing (see attached photos). Special mention also to Kari, Damir and Femy.

It's likely we will want to install new gutters on our roof within a few years, in which case Proline will likely get the job. Thanks again for the great work your people have accomplished on our behalf, and we wish you, all your staff and Proline Roofing success in the future.
